Blood Stemcell


Platelet rich plasma (PRP) is an autologous injection of a blood component which is enriched with platelets.

PRP is obtained after a special centrifugal seperation of a small amount of blood taken from the same donor.

Growth factors secreted from the platelets provide wound healing by activating the wound repair mechanism

Growth Factors & Hair Follicle

PDGF – stimulate growth of dermal mesenchyme, epidermis-follicle interaction revascularization, collagen stimulate

VEGF (Vascular endothelial growth factor)– mitotic & endothelial cells, increases vascular permeability,
Vasculogenesis and angiogenesis also play a part in this.

IGF – anti-apoptosis and hair follicle anti- regression. Stress mediator, may play a role in neurogenic inflammation,

TGFβ (Transforming growth factor): 
Stimulates fibroblast and preosteoblast cells, responsible for re-modelization.

EGF (Epidermal growth factor): 
Effective on cell differentiation, re-epithelialization and angiogenesis, Mitosis of epithelial cells, fibroblasts. Inhibits catagen, promotes anagen (10/11

There are many other cytokine, chemokine and coagulation factors.


Blood Stemcell

CRP (Cytokine Rich Plasma)

10 ml of blood obtained from the Patient is transferred to sterile CRP tube. Tube does not contain any anti-coagulant, activator or separation gel except for the bioactive coated glass spheres.

Because CRP should be %100 AUTOLOGOUS solution.

The blood in the tube is kept in the incubator for 3 hours at 37 degrees Celsius.

During This time, the glass spheres in will act as inflammation. It produces anti-inflammatory (IL-1 ra) to suppress this inflammation by Monocytes. It also produces a growth factor contributing to regeneration such as PDGF, FGF, TGF and VEFG.

After 3 hours, tube is spin with centrifuge; all cellular components within the serum are decomposed. 100% of the acellular, only cytokins and growth factors are obtained from the rich serum. Since the Resulting serum is non-cell, it can be stored for 6 months at -18 degrees.


Follicle Stemcell

Human Follicle Stem cell Suspansion Therapy

Hair follicles are known to contain a well-characterized niche for adult stem cells: the bulge, which contains epithelial and melanocytic stem cells. Stem cells in the hair bulge, a clearly demarcated structure within the lower permanent portion of hair follicles, can generate the interfollicular epidermis, hair follicle structures, and sebaceous glands. The bulge epithelial stem cells can also reconstitute in an artificial in vivo system to a new hair follicle.
